4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
This section describes the ZBCO Messaging Program and applies to anyone who opts in to receive text (SMS) messages from Zimmerman, Boltz & Company, including messages sent to or from our published client-information number.
Program Name. ZBCO Messaging Program (operated by Zimmerman, Boltz & Company).
Program Description. By opting in, you consent to receive informational and transactional text messages from ZBCO related to:
- Client support and service requests
- Appointment reminders and scheduling
- Account or engagement status notifications
- Document or information requests
- Other service-related communications you request
Messages may be sent from or on behalf of ZBCO using a 10-digit long code (10DLC) or other approved messaging channels.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive messages as needed based on your requests, appointments, or service activity. We do not send a fixed number of messages per month; frequency depends on your interactions with us.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to any messages you send or receive. ZBCO does not charge a separate fee for the messaging program itself.
Opt-Out Instructions. You may opt out of the ZBCO Messaging Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further texts from that program, except for a final confirmation if required. You may opt back in by following our published opt-in methods or contacting us.
Help / Customer Care. For help with the messaging program, text HELP to the number from which you received messages, or contact us at 614-939-4700.
Consent and Opt-In. Participation is voluntary. You must provide affirmative consent (opt-in) to receive text messages. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ZBCO.
We will not share your mobile opt-in or consent status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist us in delivering messages (for example, messaging platform providers and carriers), solely to operate the program.
Your use of the messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Privacy
